This class supports the work done concurrently in MTH 65. Students will complete assignments (in class and for homework) which align with the material being taught in MTH 65. Students will also have weekly quizzes in MTH 65 Support.
MTH 65 Course Description (with Mark)
This course provides a review of factoring techniques; operations and equations involving rational expressions, introduction to radicals, solving quadratic equations and an introduction to graphing techniques. This course will foster an understanding of mathematical modeling, function sense, linear, quadratic, and absolute value functions, systems of three linear equations, linear and absolute value inequalities, polynomial expressions and functions, complex numbers, and applications of these topics. This class is offered in conjunction with MTH 65 Support.
